Light Duty Racking & Decking

Medium Duty Racking & Decking
Our medium duty racking & decking option offers a useful middle ground option in terms of storage for our customers. This type of shelving is most commonly used by manufacturers who have heavy but compact products such as shops selling wooden planks or tiles and other flooring options. The shelves are quick to be assembled and are designed to fit into any storefront.
As with our other decking options, these shelves come in a variety of colours and their straightforward design to make the removal of products a seamless and quick process. These shelves are built to endure moderately heavy products for extended periods of time and are a reliable storage option for any storefronts or warehouses.
Heavy Duty Racking & Decking
As anyone who mass produces products knows, having an adequate and reliable means of storage is paramount to having business operations run smoothly. Our pallet racking units make use of vertical space in order to optimise the available area for storage as much as possible. The frames are designed such that they can comfortably occupy any space however, this solution is mainly suited for bulk warehouse storing. As these palettes are of the heavy duty variety they are able to comfortably store cargo from 2 to 3.5 tons per a level. Cantilever Racking
This racking style is specifically made to store long loads, this can be in the form of pipes, beams, or timber. The base of the cantilever racks are made from solid steel, as a result the racking system is incredibly sturdy and can handle heavy duty loads. Cantilever racking features no base shelf and can easily be unloaded or reloaded with a variety of machinery. As with the case of standard racking and decking the height of the cantilever racking is completely customizable and is only limited by the height of the actual storage facility.
The heights and widths of the beams on the cantilever system can be adjusted to match the standard length of the products being placed on the beams. Mole/shuttle Racking
The Pallet Mole runs underneath the pallet loads on rails, delivering and extracting pallets within a deep lane rack system. Working in either FIFO or LIFO applications, the Pallet Mole significantly improves throughput by indexing loads directly to the first pallet position at the aisle face. Using a RF controller or Wi-Fi compatible device, the operator can instruct the electro-mechanical platform to lift, lower, or shuttle pallets to the desired position; or program the system to run various predetermined functions. 4 wheel drive and an optimal battery life for cold storage make the Pallet Mole adaptable to a variety of applications.

Turnstiles & Barriers
Our range of turnstiles and barriers are ideal for areas where low level security is required, alternatively they can also be used to organise and divide large floorspaces. We offer two types of turnstiles, the one being a top turning styled turnstile and the other option is a side winder turnstile. Both options are made from chrome and are suited to be placed in entrances of storefronts, offices, and warehouses. The top turning turnstile can be purchased with an additional barrier on the side if it needs to span a larger span. The side winder turnstile can be purchased as a double set making it the perfect exit/entry combination.
Furthermore, we offer chrome barriers and barrier tubing that can be used to form isles or passages to specific destinations. The sizes of the products are sized together making them all complementary to one another and suited for multiple purposes across a business.
Checkout Counters & Chairs
Our checkout counters are perfect for any retail store and our checkout chairs are sturdy and comfortable, the height is also complementary to the standard checkout till desk height. The design of the chairs is minimalistic but professional at the same time which makes them a perfect fit for most décor styles. The feet of our chairs are also covered as not to potentially scuff or scratch any floors.
Wire Products
We manufacture a wide range of wired products specifically designed to display items and products in stores. Our wire baskets on offer can be purchased as either stand alone baskets, fitted onto gondolas or stacked on top of one another to save floorspace. These baskets are available in various sizes to better accommodate our customers individual layouts.
Trolleys & Handbaskets
We manufacture a significant range of baskets and trolleys meant for commercial use that come in various sizes in order to best support the products being sold in our customers stores. The smaller units feature standard plastic baskets that are available in different colours and are most commonly found in grocery stores. The baskets can also be purchased in addition to a stand where the baskets can be kept and stored when not in use. For medium carrying capacity we have trolleys that can fit two handbaskets as well as wired trolleys that have two tiers, these trolleys are made of galvanized steel and are highly reliable. Finally, for stores with larger, bulk items we also stock flat bed trolleys, nesting trolleys, & rocker trolleys. These trolleys are often used by gardening and building material stores as well as cash & carry’s and the colour of the trolley handles can be personalized.

A common method of displaying products in stores is to hang them around the shop which is why we offer a broad range of different hook styles to our customers. We manufacture hooks which can be hooked onto Pegboards, mesh panels, as well as square bars. The hooks are all designed to handle different sized products as well as varying weights between products.
